Crisscross Tomatoes

  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 dash garlic salt
Place tomatoes on broiler pan, stem side down and cut marks crisscrossing on the top surface. Brush with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. Broil about 10 minutes.

Serves 4.
