MANGO SALAD

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 med red onions , chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and served when chilled. Makes 4-6 servings. 90 cal per serving
